The gel filling &sealing machine is specially designed for filling silica gel into metallic tube and sealing process. The product is featured with multifunction of quantity, filling, sealing, printing and packing.

Working Process:
Turn on the power, the filling base automatically rotates into position. Manuall putting tube into the base, photoelectric device will detect the tube and send a signal to filling system. Filling starts with a quantity pump. Sealing, printing and packing are then accomplished one by one after filling.

Composition:
Filling with high precision precision by the use of advanced technology. Dual fold sealing is applied. Phenomena such as bottom leakage etc, are avoided during the process. Contained unguent is prevented form solidifying through transportation and storing. It is featured with easy operation and stepless speed regulation. Quantity, filling, sealing, printing and ejecting are accomplished continuously in the process. The Air TAC products are used as pneumatic parts for the machine. Electric components are composed of domestic Zhengtai products. This aircraft must with press the material racking machine necessary use.
